The details
A tote is useful. A tote with their portrait on it is the one you reach for first. One photo becomes a soft watercolour portrait of your pet, printed across the front of a premium natural cotton tote.
It is a proper bag, not a thin one, at around 350 gsm. Long handles that sit on your shoulder, reinforced where they meet the body, and room for ten litres. The groceries, the books, the beach, the vet run they forgave you for.
You see the watercolour on the bag before you buy, free, and you can have us paint it again as many times as you like. If anything is still not right once it is ordered, tell us and we will keep working until you are happy. As many changes as it takes, at no extra cost.

Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours and a mild detergent. That is what keeps the portrait looking like it did the day it arrived.
Air dry if you can, or tumble dry low. Non-chlorine bleach only.
Do not iron the print, and no dry cleaning.
Most orders reach you in 6 to 7 days. That counts the day your artwork waits for you, so asking for a change adds a little.
