What people say
Laura Baylis
★★★★★
“If I could leave 10 stars for this amazing company I would. I recently suddenly lost my dog and was looking for something special in his memory. The website was easy to use and gave me some lovely generations, but when this one came up I knew it was the one! I contacted Adrianna and she couldn't have been more lovely and helpful, responding within hours. When it arrived it took my breath away... it's perfect! It now has pride of place on the wall. Whether you're buying as a gift, for your current pets, or like me in memory, I honestly couldn't recommend this company more!”

Questions
Good to know
Can I see my portrait before I buy?
Yes. Upload a photo and you'll get a preview before you pay. No card or account needed to see it.
Will the watermark be removed after I buy?
Yes. It's only present on the preview. Your purchased file is clean, in full 4K high quality.
What if the preview doesn't look like my pet?
If something's off (wrong colour, missing markings, anything) try again with a different photo.
Still not right? Email orders@mypetyear.com before or after your order and we'll make it right.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face, eyes, and markings are easy to see. Front-facing works best.
Skip blurry shots, dark photos, or anything covering their face.
