Everything about these cards
Description
Tangled Lights is your pet caught up in the Christmas lights, wrapped in a string of coloured bulbs and painted in our oil style on a plain white card. Santa hats are your choice, and if you have more than one pet, they are painted together in one picture.
Under the painting goes your line, set in Modern, Handwritten or Typewriter. Write your own, on one row or two, or pick one of ours. Up to 70 characters, printed exactly as you type it.
Card specifications
- Pack: 10 folded cards and 10 envelopes, all the same design.
- Card weight: 300 gsm.
- Card finish: matte and uncoated, easy to write on with any pen.
- Inside: blank, for your own message.
- Envelopes: 150 gsm ivory, with a textured feltmark finish.

Can I see my cards before I buy?
Yes. Upload a photo and you'll get a preview before you pay. No payment details or account needed to see it.
What if the preview doesn't look like my pet?
If something's off (wrong colour, missing markings, anything) try again with a different photo.
Still not right? Email orders@mypetyear.com before or after your order and we'll make it right.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face, eyes, and markings are easy to see. Front-facing works best.
Skip blurry shots, dark photos, or anything covering their face.
Can all my pets be on the card?
Yes. Upload up to 4 photos, and one photo can show several pets. They are painted together in one picture.
Can I write my own line?
Yes. Write your own, on one row or two, or pick one of ours. Up to 70 characters, printed exactly as you type it.
What's inside, and what is the card like to write on?
The inside is blank for your own message. The card is 300 gsm and matte, so any pen works.
What's the difference between A6 and A5?
A6 is 10.5 × 14.8 cm (4.1 × 5.8 in).
A5 is 14.8 × 21 cm (5.8 × 8.3 in).
Both come as a pack of 10 with envelopes.
How long until I get them?
Most orders arrive 5 to 10 days after you order. Delivery is free.
Can I send them as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll ship straight to them.
