How long does it take to generate my calendar?

Most calendars are usually ready within about 10 minutes. During busy times it may take a little longer, but most orders are delivered shortly after generation.

Do I get a preview before buying?

Yes. You'll see your 3-month preview (the next three months) first, so you can check the style and how your pet looks before choosing your calendar.

What files do I receive?

You'll get a high-quality printable PDF (12 months) and 12 individual monthly images in print-ready resolution (4K quality).

Can I print the digital calendar myself?

Absolutely. The files are print-ready and work with home printers or professional print shops.

Can I include multiple pets?

Yes! You can include up to 4 pets, in one photo or up to 4 separate photos. If your pets are different genders, select "Both" as the gender option.

What if I don't like the result?

If your pet doesn't look like your pet or something feels wrong, contact us within 14 days. We'll regenerate your calendar or help with a refund.

What's included with the printed calendar?

Printed calendars include everything from the digital version, plus a professionally printed wall calendar delivered to your home with free shipping.

Can I request changes before printing?

Yes. If you choose a printed calendar, you have 24 hours after preview to request changes before printing begins. If something feels off, we'll regenerate it.

Can I get it faster?

Yes, from the cart. Add your calendar to the cart and choose Express delivery before checkout. It is one flat fee for the whole order, shown in the cart, and it speeds up the shipping, not the printing. Buy now ships by the standard service, which is free.
