What is the difference between a custom pet calendar and a photo calendar?
A photo calendar prints twelve photographs you supply, one per month. A custom pet calendar takes one photo and builds twelve scenes around your pet, so each month is a different setting rather than another picture you had to take.
The distinction matters because it changes what you need before you start. A photo calendar needs twelve photographs you are happy to look at for a month each. A custom calendar needs one good photo.

Which should you choose?
Choose a photo calendar if you already have twelve photographs you genuinely like and want the year to be a record of real moments. Choose a custom calendar if you have one photo you love, or if your pet has passed and no new photos are possible.
There is a practical version of this question too. Twelve genuinely good photos is a higher bar than it sounds. Lay a year of camera roll out and the usual count is four you love, three that are fine, and five taken in bad light because something cute happened indoors. Yes. You are not limited to starting in January. A calendar bought mid-year can begin from the month you order, so none of it is wasted.
Will each month actually look different?
Yes. The twelve scenes are seasonal, so the calendar moves through the year rather than repeating one setting twelve times with a new date grid on top.
Do I have to buy the printed version?
No. The digital calendar is a complete product on its own and is available everywhere. Printing is an optional addition in the countries we ship to.
